About the role
Jio is hiring a Jio Point Lead for the Rest of Telangana area to drive channel expansion and manage retail outlet performance in the catchment territory. The role focuses on sales and distribution, Jio Point operations, customer experience, and team productivity. The lead will also monitor, evaluate, and train the team and channel partners.
What you will do
- Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory
- Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory
- Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound
- Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre
- Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory
- Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points
- Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points
- Monitor and manage productivity of the team
- Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.
Skills used in this role
