About the role
The team builds and maintains enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, Azure services, and batch-processing technologies. The domain spans backend and frontend enterprise web development with REST APIs, messaging integrations, and cloud services on Azure. This hands-on Lead Developer role leads the development team, drives technical implementation, designs Spring Batch jobs and integrations, reviews code, and mentors junior developers.
What you will do
- Lead development team and drive technical implementation
- Develop enterprise web applications using Spring Boot and Thymeleaf
- Design and implement batch jobs using Spring Batch
- Build integrations with MQ systems, HULFT, email services, and Azure services
- Implement REST APIs and asynchronous processing patterns
- Review code and enforce engineering best practices
- Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams for deployment and operational readiness
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews
- Support production issue analysis and resolution
