About the role
Bosch's IT Output Management Services team is looking for a Software Developer / Automation Engineer / Infrastructure Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support solutions in ERP, Input & Output Management Services, and digital document processes. The team works with SAP administration, scripting and automation platforms, AI-based automation, and multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures. This role integrates modern AI and automation technologies into the service landscape, applies DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD practices, and drives service and process improvements together with global teams.
What you will do
- Drive End-to-End Solutions - Will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting innovative solutions in the areas of ERP, Input & Output Management Services, and digital document processes. You will integrate modern AI and automation technologies into our service landscape and continuously optimize business processes throughout the service lifecycle.
- Accelerate Digital Transformation - Will actively contribute ideas and innovations to enhance our services and processes. Working independently and collaboratively with global teams, you will develop services that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience while driving the organization's digital transformation journey.
- Collaborate Globally - Will support both technical and strategic initiatives, projects, and service improvements. By building and maintaining a strong international network, you will help identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices across regions and business units.
- Take Ownership - Will evaluate new business requirements, translate them into sustainable technical solutions, and ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems and services.

What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with SAP Administration and ERP-related integrations.
- Strong experience with scripting and automation platforms and workflow engines.
- PowerShell / Perl / Python Scripting
- Power Automate / n8n
- Microsoft Copilot and AI-based automation solutions
- Experience with requirement engineering and usage of common tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with testing
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in software development, system integration, and API-based solutions.
- Administration and support of Windows/Unix/Linux platform
- Networking concepts and (communication) protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MQTT, Router, Firewalls, VLAN, VPN)
- Enterprise system architectures
- IT Service Management processes (preferably ITIL)
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
- Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and modern deployment processes
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures
- Good understanding about Software security and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
