About the role
This role sits within the HR administration function at Bosch's Bannikuppe (Bidadi), Karnataka location, handling establishment matters, employee transportation and HR process upkeep for workmen and trainees. The work spans employee life cycle activities, long term settlement topics, employee engagement calendars and vendor-managed bus fleet administration. The position also supports HR excellence through dashboard maintenance and counselling of absenteeism cases, working closely with Employee Relations business partners.
What you will do
- Establishment Matters: Processing various aspects of employee life cycle related activities and including Long Term Settlement topics pertaining to workmen. Anchoring employee engagement calendar pertaining to workmen and ensuring adherence in close coordination with ER BPs.
- Employees Transportation: Manage and administer complete fleet of buses deployed by the vendor for employee transport in coordination with the vendor covering various activities like, bus route survey, route rationalization and cost optimization, internal audits, invoice processing, grievance management pertaining to transport etc.
- Support Towards HR Excellence : Maintain HR Dashboard, ensure upkeep of all processes pertaining to Workmen and Trainees in coordination with ER BPs and support in counselling absenteeism cases.
Skills used in this role

- 2-3 years of experience in HR/IR domain

- Competent enough to resolve conflict
