About the role
The role is responsible for executing component project management for GI BU in India, covering PIC E projects and work packages. It supports customer project acquisition and seamless execution from project development to series release, including manufacturing relocation topics. The position also handles project charter definition, documentation, audits, escalation and risk management, and budget/effort tracking.
What you will do
- The purpose of this position is to execute component project management for GI BU in India (PIC E projects and work packages).
- Collect project data to facilitate customer project acquisition.
- Facilitate seamless execution of project post acquisition - from project development phase to series release phase.
- Manage manufacture relocation topics also.
- Define project charter, align with necessary stakeholders for timely closure of open topics including risk release
- Document as per project requirement/progress systematically and participate/ lead audits with necessary preparation
- Escalate in case of deviations/risk, coordinate, support & ensure execution of mitigation plan along with CFT, report cost impact and obtain management decision/approvals.
- Track project efforts and budget and align with team leader and obtain support/decision
