About the role
This role sits within Bosch's production team in Bengaluru, responsible for electronics manufacturing lines. The team works to defined production standards and KPIs, following the Bosch Production System (BPS) and standard work (LTT) practices. The Team Leader will drive schedule adherence, KPI achievement, associate training and skill levels, 5S, and process confirmation on the assigned lines.
