About the role
Bosch Rexroth India is hiring an Engineer/Executive – Procurement Planner for its Sanand plant. The role manages purchase orders with overseas vendors, monitors warehouse stock and inbound schedules, and evaluates supplier performance based on organizational criteria. It involves coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time component availability and an optimum level of inventory in the plant.
What you will do
- Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) with overseas Vendors.
- Monitoring stock level in the warehouse.
- Proactive reporting of components availability for the plant and ensure on-time escalation.
- Evaluate supplier’s performance based on the organization’s criteria.
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders (Suppliers and freight forwarders)
- Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers for delivery evaluation and performance.
- Monitoring inbound schedule for stock availability
- Ensure optimum level of Inventory in Plant.
- Team coordinating and responsibilities for targets.
Skills used in this role

- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of experience
Preferred qualifications
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work with smart techniques.
- Well versed with soft skills like Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.
- SAP knowledge MM Module
- Power BI (Preferred)
