About the role
Bosch Rexroth India's Global Procurement function supports material planning and procurement for production needs. The role leads import vendor sourcing for key raw materials, supplier setup, transport and forwarder coordination, customs compliance, and vendor order and delivery management. It uses SAP MM and Microsoft Office tools and requires coordination with cross-functional teams and global mentors.
What you will do
- Knowledge of Material Planning and Procurement Function & able to Lead Import vendor sourcing initiatives for key raw materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintaining high-quality standards to support production needs with strong follow up and timely escalations
- Knowledge of Supplier based creation and coordinate with purchase team and global mentor Including SA info record and EDI/ASN set up
- Trouble shooting of errors/challenges and solution as well as premium freight portal entry/approval process
- Knowledge of Transport and forwarder set up including custom clearance and compliance
- Responsible for Vendor Order and Delivery management: Review and steer target fulfillment with suppliers
- Daily works management and reporting
- Strong communication with cross function team
Skills used in this role

- B.E. Mechanical with 5 to 7 years of experience.
- SAP- MM module /Microsoft office tools like excel/word/power points/English communication is desirable.
