About the role
The Royal Enfield HR team is hiring a Talent Acquisition HR Intern to support recruitment operations. The role offers end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interview scheduling, recruitment drives, and candidate onboarding. The intern will use job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri to source and screen candidates.
What you will do
- Actively source, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screens using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Manage calendar invites, schedule multi-round interviews, and keep candidates and hiring managers seamlessly aligned.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating logistics, and executing virtual drives, and walk-in recruitments.

- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with popular job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
