About the role
Reliance Jio is inviting applications for Sales roles in the Home segment of its Jio Fiber business for Bhiwani and Sirsa. The role manages end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit/territory level, including manpower, training, sales targets, channel partners, customer acquisition, and local stakeholder relations. It focuses on direct sales and customer satisfaction in the telecom/home broadband domain.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit Level.
- Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope.
- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.
- Achieve sales target for Jio Fiber business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level.
- Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc.
- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory.
- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations.
