About the role
Reliance Jio is hiring for sales roles in the Home segment of its Jio Fiber business. The role manages end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit level, drives sales through channels such as General Trade and Sales Partners, and handles manpower, training, customer acquisition, and local stakeholder relations. Candidates need graduate education and 4-6 years of team handling experience in channel management and direct sales.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit Level.
- Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope.
- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.
- Achieve sales target for Jio Fiber business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level.
- Drive sales through other channels like General Trade, Sales Partners etc.
- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory.
- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations.
