About the role
Reliance Jio seeks Home Connect Master Supervisors to oversee installation of Jio Fiber & Air Fiber products with a team of technicians. The role drives home connect and care operations in the assigned territory, sources and trains technicians, and ensures SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Drive home connect and care operations in the assigned territory
- Source and train technicians by teeing up with target colleges
- Conduct classroom and on the job trainings for technicians
- Mentor and guide technicians to enhance productivity
- Ensure zero defect execution of home connect activity
- Drive home connect installation and fault repair related SLA
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to processes as per company defined SLAs

- B.Tech or 3 year diploma after plus two ( ECE / Telecommunication/ IT/ CS)
- Experience of 5-8 years
