About the role

Okta builds trusted, neutral identity infrastructure that secures AI and human identities, and its partner ecosystem is a fundamental growth engine. The Global Partner Program team builds and operates the engine, data infrastructure, and tools that enable partners to scale and build thriving Okta practices. This role takes full ownership of partner onboarding, portal infrastructure, and operational support, serving as the operational backbone for the partner experience across Salesforce, PRM, DocuSign/Conga, and learning systems.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end partner onboarding, taking new partners from contract sign-off to full enablement without friction.
  • Drive data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring partner profiles, status, and agreement data remain 100% accurate and complete.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Partner Sales to execute streamlined due diligence and compliance checks.
  • Manage partner agreements from submission through execution (DocuSign/Conga) to keep deals and onboarding moving fast.
  • Support distribution partners in rapidly onboarding their reseller networks in compliance with program standards.
  • Serve as the go-to operational partner on Slack and email, providing fast, accurate answers on program structure and resources.
  • Own user access and identity lifecycle for the Partner Portal and downstream systems, troubleshooting technical blockers instantly.
  • Guide partners through portal workflows, tools, and program documentation so they can self-serve effectively.
  • Unblock partner access to learning systems, ensuring seamless training and certification pathways.
  • Champion portal adoption internally and externally to drive maximum self-service usage across the ecosystem.
  • Resolve high-volume inbound operational requests with speed and precision (covering onboarding, eligibility, agreement tracking, benefits, and compliance).
  • Support Deal Registration operations—troubleshooting submission blockers and keeping partner deal flow moving smoothly.
  • Issue Letters of Authorization (LOAs) promptly upon request.
  • Safeguard partner data integrity across Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, PRM tools, and public partner locator directories.
  • Assist with deal registration metrics, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure channel health.
