What you will do

- Develop and apply a strong understanding of the end-to-end Transaction Banking client journey to anticipate impacts across teams, processes, controls, procedures, technology, and client support models.
- Establish governance and lead complex readiness workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, milestone management, risk and issue escalation, communication planning, training, procedure updates, and post-launch stabilization.
- Provide oversight and challenge for user acceptance testing by shaping operational test strategy, confirming appropriate participation and coverage, monitoring defects and risks, and informing readiness and go-live decisions.

- Lead Operations Enablement programs that improve operational transparency, client experience, control effectiveness, and execution discipline across Transaction Banking Operations.

- Mentor junior team members, promote consistent standards, and help build a high-performing, collaborative, and forward-looking Operations Enablement function.
