About the role

NetApp is an enterprise data infrastructure company, positioned as the only enterprise-grade storage service natively embedded in Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, enabling customers to run workloads from traditional to enterprise AI. This role sits with a team delivering enterprise-scale AI & LLM solutions and custom full-stack applications across the HR, Legal, and Finance functions. The developer will lead design, development, implementation, and support of these solutions, including document ingestion and retrieval workflows, integrations, and full-stack custom applications.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications across HR and Legal domains using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business alignment.
  • Effectively communicate project objectives, key deliverables, milestones, achievements, and business outcomes to senior management and stakeholders through clear and structured updates.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and bottlenecks by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and recommending practical, business-focused solutions.

What the employer is looking for

  • Full Stack development: Front-End Technologies : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Back-End Technologies : Knowledge of server-side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js, and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • DevOps Skills : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • AI & LLM experience: Strong experience with Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.)
  • Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking and retrieval workflows & optimize answer grounding, citation generation, and response quality and hallucination detection.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Access Tokens, ID Tokens, RBAC, and Security Trimming
  • Strong programming skills in Python, javascript and REST APIs
  • Thorough understanding of workflow automation tools like n8n/Co-pilot studio/abacus.
  • Domain Experience: Working knowledge of HR & Finance business scenarios preferably in SAP Successfactors & Oracle ERP cloud
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & integrations tools like SAP CPI/Oracle OIC is a plus
  • B.E/B.Tech or Masters preferably in Computer Science & typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
