The Food and Beverage Specialist role in Jammu is an on-site, full-time position focused on daily food service operations, food and beverage standards, hygiene, inventory, and guest service. The specialist collaborates with culinary and front-of-house teams to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What you will do
- The specialist will oversee daily food service operations, including managing orders, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring timely, accurate service.
- Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage standards, supporting menu presentation, upholding hygiene and safety protocols, and assisting with inventory and stock control.
- The role also involves engaging with guests, addressing their needs and feedback, and promoting IHCL’s service culture through courteous, efficient, and personalized interactions.
- The specialist will collaborate closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
