About the role
The Task Professional (TP) role sits within Bosch's export control and sanctions operations function, responsible as Shift Lead for Sanction Party List (SPL) Screening operation. The work is trade-compliance operations focused, using tools such as SAP GTS, Power BI and AI tools along with Microsoft Office applications. This role handles and allocates SPL workflows, monitors workflow and SLA during the shift, manages stakeholder queries and mailers, maintains activity trackers, and acts as first point of escalation while reporting to the Team Lead.
What you will do
- Handle SPL operations during the shift
- Handling and allocation of workflows
- Manage Mailers and Queries and responding to stakeholders' operational queries
- Monitor Workflow and SLA during the shift
- Maintain and consolidate activity trackers for the shift
- Responsible for tracking errors during the shift
- Takeover/Handover activities during shift change
- Conveying and implementing instructions and work guidance to shift members
- First level query resolution & First Point of escalation
- Reporting and Coordinating with Team Lead

What the employer is looking for
- Educational Qualification: B.COM/ M.Com., B.SC, B.A., B.Tech., BCA, MBA
- Working knowledge in SAP GTS, Power BI and AI tools;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- 2 to 5 years of experience with Export control & Sanctions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Continuous learner; willing to stay abreast and enjoys research.
- Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions in adherence to guidelines provided.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand issues and resolve queries.
- Ability to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate with groups.
- Experience in handling global operations
