This role oversees the hotel's day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations, covering preventive maintenance programs, engineering systems, safety standards, and support for overall operational requirements.
What you will do
- oversee the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
- ensuring the smooth functioning of all engineering systems, executing preventive maintenance programs, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the hotel's operational requirements to deliver a seamless guest experience
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, DG Sets, Fire & Life Safety Systems, and Building Maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, team supervision, and vendor coordination skills.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
