About the role
This is an engineering role at Mahindra Group focused on preparation and modification of 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and basic 3D part modeling with CATIA V5. The role supports sheet metal fabrication, SAP BOM/routing creation, shop floor coordination, and production readiness activities for engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements, including AIRBUS specifications.
What you will do
- Preparation and modification of 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of 3D part modeling using CATIA V5 (Sheetmetal workbench-).
- Interpretation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements (AIRBUS specifications).
- Knowledge and application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Utilization of SAP (BOM, Routing creation).
- Shop floor coordination and follow-up to ensure smooth production execution.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Support for process validation, documentation, and production readiness activities.
