About the role
Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations Company, delivers Rubrik Security Cloud for cyber resilience across clouds and Rubrik Agent Cloud for trusted AI agent deployments. The Engineering Organization delivers an On Prem/SaaS product portfolio, and this intern role assists in the planning, management, and execution of technical programs and initiatives. The intern will help drive process improvement through the development, validation, and deployment lifecycle, coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support stakeholders, and support delivery of features to market.
What you will do
- Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones & success metrics
- Develop & maintain project plans, schedules & documentation
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Create dashboards or reports to track progress, KPIs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.
- Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders.
- Assist in running effective and efficient meetings that accomplish goals in a timely manner.
- Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines.
- Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle(SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn fast and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- CGPA 8 and above
- 2027 graduates of Circuital branches only
- Available from January 2027 to May 2027 in Bangalore for the onsite internship (No remote options)

- Exposure to Cloud Platforms - AWS/Azure/GCP
- Exposure to Storage domain
- Exposure to Enterprise product development
