About the role
Schneider Electric’s Energy Tech Accelerator Graduate Program is a 12-month global talent program with two six-month missions in Bangalore, India, connected to an international graduate community across Boston, Paris/Grenoble, Dubai, Bangalore and Shanghai. The program focuses on energy technology, AI, digitalization, sustainability and industrial automation. Early-career engineers will work on research, data analysis, process improvement, customer insights and applying AI to real-world business and sustainability challenges.
What you will do
- Explore what’s next: Research emerging trends, technologies and customers’ needs to uncover new opportunities and help our customers become more sustainable and efficient.
- Turn complexity into insight: Analyze data, structure strategic or sustainability challenges and help turn insights into recommendations.
- Make things better, faster: Analyze processes and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and accelerate the way we work, creating greater business or operational impact.
- Put the customer at the center: Gather insights from users, experts and stakeholders to understand needs and help refine solutions.
- Turn technology into solutions: Contribute to digital offers and services and explore how software-defined solutions can improve customer experience and solve real problems.
- Explore AI as an enabler: Identify where AI could create value and connect technology with real business and customer needs.

- You graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026, with at least a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering - Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML or a related discipline
- Your academic background includes exposure to AI, and you’re excited to apply into real-world challenges
- You already have the legal right to work in India. You can work and communicate effectively in English
- You are available to start in March 2027
