About the role
Tata Elxsi is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design and develop a complex Linux-based embedded system. The role requires deep expertise in the Linux kernel, BSP, device drivers, and real-time embedded software architecture, along with x86, containers, IPC, and AVX-based optimization. The work involves embedded hardware interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and FPGA, with communications and signal processing as a plus.

- Board Support Package (BSP) Development
- Linux Kernel Internals & Device Tree (DTS/DTB)
- Embedded Hardware Interfaces: PCIe, Ethernet, FPGA

- Real-time embedded system debugging and optimization algorithm development using AVX instruction set
- Scripting in Linux, Python
- Background in Communications and Signal Processing is a big plus
- BTech/BE in Computer Science or relevant stream
