About the role
Electronic Arts' People Experience (PE) team is a group of cultural stewards who create programs and talent strategies that directly impact teams' experience, from recruiting and growth programs to total rewards and engagement. The People Services team designs and deploys critical HR infrastructure support and shared operational support for PE teams. The Director, PE Shared Services is a people leader role reporting to the Senior Director, People Services, driving the evolution of PE shared services with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
