About the role
Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi, Maharashtra, part of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), is hiring a Director of Human Resources to coordinate unit HR processes with the corporate HR team. The role focuses on employee morale, learning and development, cost efficiency, recruitment and performance management, in-house training, and adherence to the Tata Code of Conduct and Leadership Code. It also covers payroll administration, HR reporting, town halls, statutory compliance, employee relations, and liaison with government agencies.
What you will do
- Co-ordinates with HR Team on the HR processes as laid down by the Corporate and the Unit
- Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from ESS to draw an action plan.
- Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the Unit
- Develop & Implement the annual plan using the TBEM framework, linking the department's objectives to the unit's overall strategy.
- Monitoring in house training.
- Implement and sustain Tata Code of Conduct and value systems of both IHCL & Tata's.
- Abiding by the Leadership Code defined by the organization and ensure its adherence in the hotel.
