About the role
The Digital Marketing division of Royal Enfield's Global Brand team provides strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social, Display, and Video) and executes those recommendations across global customer platforms. The role spans the primary website, the Royal Enfield App, customization configurators, and proprietary platforms such as RETV and RE Own. The incumbent will own UI/UX experience architecture, lead the global Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and analytics program, and govern external creative, design, and development agencies.
What you will do
- Own the global digital experience roadmap across the primary website, the Royal Enfield App, customization tools, and proprietary platforms like RETV, ensuring absolute consistency between design intent and live execution.
- Architect seamless, frictionless customer journeys for critical high-intent modules, including Test Ride booking, Motorcycle booking, e-Commerce store, RE Own (pre-owned platform) etc., aggressively minimizing drop-offs.
- Translate complex brand initiatives (such as the Art of Motorcycling and RETV) into scalable, intuitive digital experience layouts that maximize global user acquisition and participation.
- Lead the global CRO program, establishing data-backed hypothesis testing frameworks, and executing continuous A/B and multivariate experiments to drive measurable conversion uplifts across key landing pages.
- Oversee global digital analytics and regional MIS reporting, transforming raw performance data into actionable, trend-based strategic recommendations for international markets.
- Pivot UX metrics from vanity engagement signals (clicks and views) to commercial impact indicators (conversion rates, lead-to-booking efficiency, and pipeline revenue).
- Command the output of external creative, design, and development agencies, setting uncompromising quality bars and holding them strictly accountable for delivering technically flawless, cutting-edge UI/UX right from the first iteration.
- Drive high-level cross-functional alignment between Global Brand, regional marketing leads, Apparel, and IT teams, ensuring user experience priorities are baked into foundational technical and commercial roadmaps.
- Act as the definitive gatekeeper for quality assurance, establishing automated or delegated UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes so that no asset goes live without meeting brand and technical standards.
