About the role

The role sits within Qualcomm's Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, specifically the Marketing function, supporting enterprise digital analytics operations. The team translates Business Measurement Requirements into Solution Design References covering data-layer design, web tagging, validation, governance, and reporting across websites and digital experiences, working alongside marketing, legal privacy, IT, development, platform owners, and external agencies. The Digital Analytics Manager combines hands-on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Data Collection expertise with QA/UAT, issue triage, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across time zones.

What you will do

  • Implement and enhance website and application analytics using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Collection/Launch, Adobe Data Layer patterns, events, variables, report suites, segments, and calculated metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into measurement specifications, data-layer requirements, solution design references, pixel intake requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform stage and production QA/UAT for page views, search interactions, downloads, login events, campaign pixels, consent signals, URL-based behaviors, and other digital interactions.
  • Maintain analytics privacy and data-minimization requirements by identifying unintended user-data collection, defining remediation requirements, validating changes, and escalating unresolved risks.
  • Support consent-management integrations and validation, including alignment between consent signals, Adobe Web SDK/Data Collection, analytics behavior, and regional privacy requirements.
  • Conduct analytics environment governance activities, including audits and cleanup of unused segments and calculated metrics, documentation maintenance, naming standards, and configuration hygiene.
  • Monitor analytics health through alerts, anomaly review, website scans, tag validation, and investigation of broken or inconsistent tracking.
  • Coordinate work through Workfront, Jira, ServiceNow, email, and recurring backlog reviews; create and follow up on tickets, track dependencies, communicate blockers, and confirm production completion.
  • Prepare recurring project status updates and supporting documentation for analytics operations, including in-flight work, backlog, risks, completion status, and next steps.
  • Provide tool support, access administration, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance for Adobe Analytics and related MarTech platforms.
  • Collaborate across time zones with internal teams, consultants, agencies, and vendors, serving as a technical point of contact for analytics implementation and validation work.
  • Maintain the platform roadmap and backlog; prioritize enhancements with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards for usage, adoption, and operational metrics
