About the role
Mahindra Group's Program Management team delivers vehicles powered by advanced technologies, coordinating timing, investment, and cross-functional work from concept to launch. The role manages project timelines, cost, risks, milestone planning, and gateway reviews while aligning product development, product planning, finance, and platform teams. It uses data analytics to forecast project risks, workload, and overruns across full-vehicle programs.
What you will do
- Manage project timelines, cost, and risks from Program Kick off phase to SOP Phase
- Drive milestone planning and gateway reviews
- Collaborate with PD, Product Planning, Finance & Platform teams on investment alignment
- Use data analytics to forecast project Risks, Workload, and Overruns etc
- Influence Outcomes across full-vehicle programs
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 1– 5years’ experience in automotive (OEM/ Tier-1 OEM), product development, or cross-functional roles
- Exposure to at least one full vehicle program or equivalent New Product Development (NPD) scale
- BE/B.Tech (MBA/PMP/Scrum certifications desirable)
- Software knowledge: MSP, Primavera P6, Planisware, JIRA, Smartsheet, ASANA (portfolio) and Wrike etc.
- Experience 5-10 years
