About the role
Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. This Deputy Manager - Production role is based at the Ahmednagar plant and owns annual, monthly, and daily production targets, line quality, cost savings, and on-time customer order completion. The role drives continuous improvement on the shop floor through Lean, VSM, Pokayoke, PFMEA, TPM, and 5S initiatives, along with safety and labour productivity improvements.
What you will do
- Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.
- Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity
- Complete customer orders within 7 days.
- Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects
- TPM Initiatives on shop floor.
- Safety Improvements.
- 5S Sustenance on shop.
- Improve labour productivity in shop.
