About the role
The role is based at Mahindra's Nashik Plant I and supports maintenance for the XUVTCF vehicle program. The team is responsible for preventive maintenance execution, reducing PM cost, and quality delivery of equipment. The Deputy Manager will plan maintenance and improvement activities, allocate shift work, manage daily work management, resolve minor stoppage/quality/safety concerns, and drive shop-floor equipment improvements.
What you will do
- Responsible for PM activities execution( equipment upkeepment), reducing PM cost and quality delivery of equipments.
- Planning of maintenance & improvement activities as per plan.
- Responsible to allot work to his team members in the shift .
- Managing the Daily Work Management activities and meeting with cell members.
- Concern resolution related to minor stoppages ,quality,safety.
- Improvement activities on shop floor equipments .
