About the role
The Civil Projects & ME role at Royal Enfield's Satyavedu location is responsible for monitoring and executing new projects and coordinating with CFT, architects, PMC, and MEP teams. The role covers verification of construction drawings, site execution, measurements, quality supervision, vendor coordination, and project documentation such as SOR and NCR. It requires 9-12 years of relevant experience and a BE in Civil.
What you will do
- Responsible for project activities - Monitor & execution of new projects, Co-ordinate with CFT team, Architects, PMC, and MEP (electrical and mechanical utilities)
- Verifying the Good for construction drawings and checking the execution of works as per drawings provided by the architect for the Civil and interior offices works, enclosures, epoxy flooring.
- Assisting in providing safety permits to the vendors for the execution works.
- Monitoring the execution of works as per the project schedule.
- Coordination with the PMC and contractors for execution of the site activities.
- Verifying the on-site measurements after execution and checking the Joint measurement records to the vendors.
- Coordination with the MEP team, production team for the execution of site activities as per the project requirements.
- Supervising the quality of works as per the project requirement.
- Assisting with the PMC team for providing SOR, NCR documentation.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that work is done as per design intent and specifications.
- Assisting in verifying test reports with the PMC for construction materials.
- Assisting in preparing and planning daily progress reports.
