About the role
The posting is for a Deputy Manager - Business Development at Mahindra Group, focused on aerospace and aerostructures business development. - BE- Mechanical + MBA from good institution
- 10 years BD experience of which atleast 3- 5 years exposure in Aerospace/Aerostructures BD
- Conversant with Complete Business Development Cycle.
- Exposure to negotiate contractual terms with the customer
- RFI/RFQ, Proposal Making, Submission & Follow up.
- Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
- Ability to prioritize on key deliverables.
- MIS, Market Intelligence
- Experience of having handled international clients
- Excellent written & oral communication , Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Sound Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 Process
- Worked/Exposure to systems/processes of major Aerospace OEMs (Example Airbus, Boeing Dassault, GE etc) and their leading Tier 1/2
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Relationships with other industry partners
- Knowledge of Aerospace sheetmetal manufacturing and assembly supply chain
