About the role
The Operations team moderates millions of videos globally every day to ensure only safe content reaches users, and Workflow Management builds and optimises moderation business processes, monitors performance, and looks for efficiency improvements. As a project intern on this team, you will work on short-term impactful projects involving reporting, MIS frameworks, data analysis and interpretation using statistical techniques, and presenting findings to management.
What you will do
- Responsible for timely reporting for responsible business line
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
- Develop a strong MIS framework to allow for smooth functioning of operations
- Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and use complex formulas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience creating impactful and meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
