About the role
The Strategic Enablement team is responsible for NetApp’s commerce systems, including its CPQ platform. This CPQ Modeler role sits in the modeling team and works in Agile teams delivering configurator user stories while aligning changes with pricing and quoting. The role works with Oracle CPQ, BML, HTML, and CSS across the quote-to-cash cycle.
What you will do
- You will be a member of one or more Agile teams responsible for delivery of configurator User Stories.
- The CPQ Modeler will work cross-functionally within the CPQ team to ensure the delivery of use stories within the configurator track are aligned with dependent changes in the Pricing and Quoting track.
- The CPQ modeler also has a significant role in quality and is empowered to accept stories as “done”.
- Relationships and responsibilities across the NetApp CPQ team, including working with Configurator Product Owner, who is responsible for the product roadmap, while closely collaborating with the CPQ subject matter experts including the Product Configuration Management (PCM) team, PCM leadership, Business Quality team, and others.

What the employer is looking for
- Oracle CPQ certifications required
- 8+ years Oracle Sales Cloud CPQ experience as a Developer/Modeler/Architect
- Expert-level, proven abilities delivering solutions using BML, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience supporting Commerce layout, custom CSS, and Commerce rules
- Customer first mind-set
- Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of Configurator requirements
- Experience in the Quote to Cash delivery cycle
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 6-8 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience working as a Configurator modeler using Oracle Cloud CPQ
