About the role
Reliance Jio is hiring a Core Maintenance Engineer Utilities to support the utility equipment and network facilities that keep core infrastructure running. The role covers uptime assurance, alarm tracking, power consumption recording, preventive and corrective maintenance analysis, and MIS reporting. It also involves coordinating with the core team on critical issues and carrying out level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
What you will do
- Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution
- Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities
- Track and close utility alarms within service level agreement
- Record power consumption of utility equipment
- Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment
- Provide project progress on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis
- Prepare and maintain MIS and reports for monitoring efficiency
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
- Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment
- Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and project, operations as per service level agreement
