About the role
Platform Solutions powers clients with customer-centred financial products, combining technology with large-bank attributes across Transaction Banking, Enterprise Partnerships, Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending and ETF Accelerator, underpinned by engineering, operations and risk management. This Digital Operations Specialist role sits within Consumer Platforms in Hyderabad and covers credit bureau data furnishing, credit bureau dispute operations, and QA/UAT of Metro2 mapping and rejection mitigation.

- Prior experience working with the major credit bureaus and their propriety products preferred.
- Prior financial industry experience.
- Prior data furnishing experience preferred
- Strong analytical ability require.
- Prior credit bureau dispute and operations experience
- QA and UAT of Metro2 mapping and mitigation of rejections
- Proficient skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
- Experience using SQL, SAS, or comparable data mining and query tools a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
