About the role
Platform Solutions (PS) powers clients with innovative, customer-centred financial products, combining the qualities of a technology player with those of a large bank across Transaction Banking, Enterprise Partnerships, Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending and ETF Accelerator, underpinned by engineering operations and risk management. The Digital Operations Specialist role sits within this platform and focuses on money movement and cash flow processes such as wires, ACH, checks, internal transfers and suspense breaks. The specialist completes assigned case work, queues and reports within SLAs, partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury and Technology stakeholders, and drives process improvements.
What you will do
- Have an understanding of basic banking with an emphasis on cash flows of money movement processes: incoming/outgoing wires, outgoing ACH, outgoing checks, internal transfers, and suspense breaks
- Must be comfortable interacting with multiple firmwide stakeholders at different levels such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury and Technology
- Ensure assigned case work, queues, and reports are completed within the specified SLAs
- Assist in identifying areas of improvements and work with stakeholders to execute those changes
- Escalate issues timely, and comfortable speaking to upper management on tasks, processes, and areas of improvement
