About the role
Dell Technologies Services delivers consulting, deployment, support and managed services that help customers accelerate digital transformation, and its Professional Services team partners with global enterprises to design, deploy and optimize infrastructure solutions including AI, high-performance computing, storage, servers and data center technologies. As a Consultant in the Professional Services team in India, this role leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI, HPC, data center and infrastructure transformation projects and programs, working with enterprise customers, executive stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
What you will do
- Lead strategic, multi-million-dollar infrastructure, AI and modernization projects and programs from planning through closure, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
- Drive executive governance, customer engagement, risk management and stakeholder alignment across complex global deployments.
- Manage deployment of AI Factory solutions, GPU clusters, HPC environments, Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell Storage platforms and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee rack integration, data center deployment, logistics coordination, infrastructure readiness, testing and customer acceptance activities
- Manage program financials, resource planning, contractual deliverables, change control and successful execution of Statements of Work (SOWs).
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 13+ years of project or program management experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, migrations, data center, server, storage and AI deployment projects.
- Strong experience leading customer-facing Professional Services engagements and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrate success managing global cross-functional teams, project governance, risk management and complex delivery environments.
- Experience managing financial forecasting, profitability, resource planning and delivery against contractual commitments and SOWs.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4 or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Experience with Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions, NVIDIA AI platforms, AI Factory, HPC, Rack Integration Services and liquid cooling technologies.
