About the role
The Digital Programs Delivery team within Dell's Digital Support organization is chartered to deliver and optimize digital capabilities that provide consistent, seamless, intuitive and predictive customer experiences. The team works closely with Services, Engineering, Data Science and IT to enable digital self-serve capabilities. This role drives complex transformational programs from concept design and solution development to deployment, working with solution architects from Dell IT, Data Science and Digital Support team members to deliver SMOD 2.0 unassisted outcome deliverables.
What you will do
- Lead and manage all aspects of project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
- Need to exhibit advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth technical knowledge/concepts, business acumen, solutioning complex issue through collaboration
- Understand and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

- Proven knowledge and working experience working in Digital Transformation and automation solution programs within IT , Services organization and Experience in product or Technical Program management
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
- Candidates with current working Experience within IT, Services Engineering, Services program management on services modernization
Preferred qualifications
- Working experience and knowledge on GenAi, Agentic, Virtual Assistant and digital transformation Projects
- Program management, strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
