About the role
The Global Client Reporting team oversees manual client reporting across multiple traditional asset groups and supports transformation initiatives within JPMorgan's asset management business. The team ensures reporting requests are understood, completed accurately, and delivered on time while building strong product and domain knowledge. As a Global Client Reporting Associate, the role partners with local and global teams to improve processes, enhance controls, and escalate issues appropriately to support consistent client servicing.
What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for manual reporting requests, ensuring requirements are understood and outputs meet accuracy and timeliness expectations
- Complete ad hoc and custom client reports and other assigned tasks to support business needs
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, transformation execution, and control enhancement across the reporting function
- Build domain expertise by understanding the figures being reported and strengthening product knowledge across assigned asset groups
- Escalate issues and concerns to senior management as needed, supporting resolution while managing expectations across stakeholders
- Prepare management information reporting and internal reporting packs as assigned
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Hold a postgraduate degree
- Demonstrate 10+ years of relevant experience in client reporting, investment reporting, or related operational reporting roles
- Apply intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English, including strong business writing capability
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Collaborate effectively with local and global teams, demonstrating sensitivity to different cultures and working styles
- Initiate work independently as a self-starter and contribute ideas to improve how work is delivered
- Prioritize key tasks effectively while managing multiple deliverables
Preferred qualifications
- Pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst credential
- Earn a Master of Business Administration degree
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
