About the role
Jio is hiring a Channel Sales Lead for the Tanuku territory in Andhra Pradesh to drive retail and distribution performance for its telecom products. The role focuses on SIM activations, retail width expansion, distributor and retailer ROI, and stock availability across the channel. It also involves training field sales executives, strengthening recharge and SIM selling outlets, and reporting on competitor activity to the Jio Center and State S&D team.
What you will do
- Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets.
- Drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product, availability.
- Manage productivity of channel partners & distributor.
- Train and ensure required field sales executive with distributors.
- Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks.
- Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets, SIM, selling outlets.
- Drive basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors & retailers.
- Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices &,initiatives and report to Jio Center and State S&D team.
- Propose requirements to push for better visibility in the territory.
