About the role
IBM Consulting works with clients across industries to shape hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by IBM technology, strategic partners, and Red Hat. This role is a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The consultant develops PLM strategies and helps clients select, implement, and support PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, Siemens UGS, and Dassault.
What you will do
- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address client performance gaps, creating a PLM strategy aligned with competitive and market forces.
- Implement Solutions: Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault, to achieve client expected business results.
- Analyze Client Performance: Identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage, analyzing client performance gaps and developing recommendations to address these gaps.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, creating a tailored PLM strategy that meets their business objectives.
- Deliver Transformation: Leverage consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client business environment.
