About the role

Stolt-Nielsen is a global leader in bulk-liquid and chemical logistics, transportation, and storage, and its Digital Innovation Centre in Hyderabad builds smarter systems and drives digital transformation for the logistics business. The team supports and enhances reporting, analytics, and business applications within the Oracle Fusion environment, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP Financials. This role develops and maintains reports and dashboards using OTBI and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, writes and optimizes SQL, and works with senior Oracle Application Consultants on business requirements, testing, and solution documentation.

What you will do

  • Support business stakeholders by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics within Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions using OTBI, with exposure to Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) where applicable.
  • Collaborate with senior Oracle Application Consultants to analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and application solutions.
  • Work with Oracle ERP Financials subject areas, data structures, and transactions to deliver meaningful business insights.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support ongoing Oracle application enhancements, testing, and issue resolution activities.
  • Document business processes, reporting requirements, and solution designs.
  • Partner with business users and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle-related initiatives.
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge across Oracle ERP, reporting, and analytics technologies.

What the employer is looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle applications, reporting, or business systems.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion Financials.
  • Exposure to OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
  • Exposure to or interest in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is highly desirable.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and validate data.
  • Understanding of data models, reporting concepts, and relational databases.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • Experience with Oracle HCM reporting or data structures.
  • Oracle DBA or database administration background.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
