About the role
The role sits within Bosch's SAP consulting area and focuses on end-to-end variant configuration processes. It covers SAP VC, CPQ and shop integration, S/4HANA O2C across sales channels, and production and purchasing. The senior consultant will drive VC projects, design solution architectures, coordinate implementation and testing, and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
What you will do
- A senior SAP consultant with a strong combination of SAP VC process expertise, integration in CPQ and Shops, and solution architecture capabilities, able to independently drive requirements, solution design, implementation coordination, testing, and stakeholder management across business and IT teams, located in nearshore
- The focus of the role is on end to end variant configuration processes, including Non-SAP CPQ solution, S/4 Hana O2C with different channels in Sales via Shop, EDI, Classical channel and in addition to that production and purchasing
- Drive VC projects and feature developments within the different domains
- Consult also on architectural level (e.g. VC solutions versus discret master data, LO-VC vs. aVC)
- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Develop high-level solution architectures and integration concepts
- Create functional specifications and implementation documentation
- Coordinate implementation activities with technical teams, including:
- Non-SAP CPQ experts
- SAP CC experts
- ABAP Developers
- SAP Consultants of related modules (SD/MM/PP/CO)
- Manage and coordinate project stakeholders across different workstreams
- Coordinate testing activities and support defect resolution
- Analyze root causes of integration and process issues
- Perform system configuration and customization for new business requirements
- Strong SAP VC knowledge, including:E2E Processing with configurable products,Master Data,Core VC Customizing
- Experience with CPQ solutions and integration of Shops
- Solid understanding of integration VC solutions in landscape
- High-Level experience with: CPQ solutions,Shops (preferred SAP CC),SAP S/4HANA LO-VC in different modules
- Ability to discuss technical solutions with development and integration teams
- Strong ability to work independently
- Good coordination skills
- Capable of bridging business and technical requirements
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills in international environments
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
