- Develop growth strategies to improve product discovery, eligibility-led engagement, application conversion and successful loan disbursals.
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and engagement across existing and new merchant cohorts.

- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests and targeted growth interventions to improve conversion, engagement and retention.
- Build strategies to protect high-value cohorts, reactivate dormant users and increase the lifetime value of existing customers.
- Establish scalable growth playbooks and lifecycle marketing initiatives across different merchant and customer segments.
- Cross-functional Leadership and Executions:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Risk and Business teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Translate business priorities and analytical insights into actionable growth roadmaps with clear success metrics.
