About the role
Mahindra Powerol's Diesel Generator division is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to support its sales and operations reporting. The role centers on data management, reporting, and analysis to enable business decisions and operational efficiency. This position will develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards, manage order processing and credit control, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, and support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for sales.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly dashboards to management for informed decision-making.
- Manage order processing and credit control activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure data accuracy.
- Automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization for efficiency.
- Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP (basic level) .
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or power solutions industry is an advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in the manufacturing sector)
