About the role
The Master Data Maintenance Team sits within Global Sales Enablement and supports the PepsiCo Beverages North America business team. The role focuses on distributor-reported volume data and acts as a control point between distributors, internal systems such as SIPS and PCC, and reporting tools. The Volume Reporting Analyst validates data, resolves issues, supports system setup, and works with Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams while adhering to SOX controls.
What you will do
- Review and validate distributor volume reports.
- Perform checks against predefined control points.
- Identify and resolve data issues including: Missing/incorrect Product IDs, Chain IDs, DCs Inactive or duplicate records Data-related discrepancies
- Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data.
- Ensure delivering work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
- Good data skills and ability work through large data sets.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
- Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
- Good time management skills.
- Proactive, responsive and results driven.
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
- 2-3 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
- Desired experience with SAP & SIPS
