About the role
Reliance Jio is inviting applications for the position of Executive - Talent Management, an HR role supporting the company's employee lifecycle and people operations. The position sits within a large Indian telecom and digital services organisation and covers induction, HR operations, performance management, engagement and employee relations. The role will manage post-joining employee experiences, run employee engagement initiatives within budget, ensure HR hygiene, support IR compliance, and facilitate the Internal Job Process for eligible employees.
What you will do
- Manage post joining employee life cycle
- Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schedule
- Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring seamless employee experience
- Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines
- Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines
- Effectively execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget
- Develop strong employee connect and support in resolution of employee issues and grievances
- Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues
- Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) of the eligible employees, as per company guideline
