About the role
Reliance Jio is hiring for the Jio Centre Manager role, running a Jio Centre operations and sales function within the telecom business. The role owns sales and customer acquisition targets, cost and productivity of the Jio Centre, operational administration, statutory and commercial compliance, and channel partner liaison. It also involves leading, coaching and motivating the centre team.
What you will do
- Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets
- Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre
- Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls
- Obtain permissions required for project execution
- Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity
- Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback
- Manage, coach and motivate team members
Skills used in this role

- 10-15 years of experience (majorly in Telecom Industry)
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline, Post-Graduation, MBA preferred.
