About the role
Mahindra Group's automobile sales team drives volume and market share through demand generation, dealer performance management, and customer experience across showroom and digital journeys. The Area Sales Business Manager - MEAL role oversees pre-sales, billing, retail, and market activation initiatives at the ground level. It also ensures infrastructure readiness and coordination across charging teams.
What you will do
- Sales & CX: Driving Volume & Market Share
- Demand Generation & Overseeing market wise dealer performance to drive volume & market share CX
- Ensuring CX at every customer touch point
- Pre-sales and Sales Showroom and Digital Customer journey Billing
- Order availability to ensure timely billing Ensuring timely billing of desired vehicle Retail
- ETBR handling Activation plan
- Enquiry generation, market coverage Hyperlocal digital Dealer initiatives
- Driving end to end special initiatives at the ground level, alongside any special schemes/incentives
- Market activations Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness
- Ensure proper coordination across Charging teams
Skills used in this role
