About the role

The American Express Operations Team Care Professionals manage the customer relationship with the bank, handling everything from updating addresses to processing applications while representing the American Express brand. The team works in a fast-paced, structured service center environment supporting banking products and customer care. This apprentice role will manage and process new banking product applications, service clients through inbound and outbound calls on 24×7 rotational shifts, and ensure compliance, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements are met.

What you will do

  • Managing and processing New Banking products applications
  • Servicing Clients through Inbound/Outbound calls , Shift timings -24×7 Rotational.
  • Ensure established compliance measures are met when completing set-up and maintenance of accounts.
  • Check against incoming Banking Products Applications ensuring that AXP meets its regulatory, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements.
  • Multitask and efficiently navigate through multiple screens and systems to effectively provide extraordinary customer care Work in a fast-paced, structured service center environment.
  • Document necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer and our business.
  • Maintain acceptable performance standards.
  • Error free, Effective and efficient processing of applications.

What the employer is looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and joining date
